Meet The Team

  • OWNER, FOUNDER

    A lifelong resident of Deadwood, Trinity learned early about the art of entrepreneurship, launching several successful startups by the age of 18. Each venture taught her valuable lessons that she still uses today as owner of multiple local businesses, including Deadwood Rentals and the Dungeon Bar in Sturgis. Excited about the positive role that medical cannabis will play in the future of her hometown, Trinity is committed to providing the community with the highest quality cannabis products with an experienced, knowledgeable team. In so doing, she hopes to one day give back to her community, helping Deadwood become a better, more enjoyable place to live. When not at work, she loves long motorcycle rides through the Black Hills, snowboarding fresh powder, practicing the art of silk dancing, and experiencing life's incredible journey through the eyes of her young child.

  • GENERAL MANAGER

    General Manager at Trails Head Cannabis, Nichole brings energy, creativity, and leadership to everything she does. Raised in Spearfish, SD, she's a proud wife and mom of three. When she’s not working hard, you’ll find her enjoying the outdoors, cooking up something delicious (inside or out), or adding her personal touch to the dispensary décor she loves to create.ext goes here

  • ASSISANT MANAGER

    A longboarding enthusiast and dog lover, Colton is our go-to guy for all things concentrates—if you're after the best wax in the case, he's got you covered. Former bartender turned budtender, he's now the Assistant Manager, bringing both his experience and passion to the dispensary every day.

  • BUDTENDER AND PRODUCT SPECIALIST 

    A retired truck driver with a passion for languages—Jim speaks several, including Spanish, and is always up for a good conversation. Known for his calming presence and extensive cannabis knowledge, he is a favorite budtender among many customers. He now calls Deadwood home, where he enjoys peaceful walks with his dogs and a preroll to unwind.

    A pop culture whiz with a serious passion for video games and Mountain Dew, Justin is your go-to guy for random actor or music trivia—he probably knows them all. He’s also a big fan of the ever-changing bulk flower selection at the dispensary and loves talking shop with fellow  cannabis enthusiasts.

    An animal lover through and through, Lexus owns her own pet grooming facility in Spearfish and enjoys camping and spending time with her family and animals. She’s also a go-to expert when it comes to the dispensary items. Having tried the majority of our inventory, she’s always ready to help you find exactly what you need.
